The Parolee Measurement Committee shall interface with local, county, state and federal organizations to ensure that there is an equitable distribution of parolees in the Antelope Valley and also confirm that parolees are not being placed in the Antelope Valley who do not have a historical tie to the AV prior to arrest. The Parolee Measurement Committee shall have to follow up on parolee placement measurements and the distribution of parolees throughout the AV. As organizations make commitments regarding parolee placement, this committee shall monitor those commitments and confirm that commitments are being met.
